Replacements and refunds

If you are unhappy with your orders due to a defect, damage or a quality issue, please take a picture of the issue and send to customer-service@fotovision.com. This picture will allow us to confirm the issue and solve your problem faster. We’ll either recreate your order, provide a credit or a refund for the purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

If you need a replacement for your order or would like a refund, please review the following:

  1. Have your order ID number ready. The order ID can be found here.
  2. Contact us. We may ask for a description and a photo of the issue. This will help us clarify the issue and make sure no other orders have similar issues.
  3. If you’d like, we will immediately recreate and resend your order at no additional cost to you. In the rare case that FOTO Vision is unable to recreate the order for you, we will issue a merchandise credit.

Note: To ensure prompt production and delivery, we begin to create your product as soon as your order is placed. Once an order is placed, we are unable to reverse the charge to your account.

How soon should I expect to see a credit?

The credit will typically appear in your account within 3-10 business days, depending on your financial institution. We’ll send you an email confirmation when we issue the refund.

Can I cancel an order I’ve placed but has yet to be shipped?

We send orders into production as soon as they are received to create and ship your order as quickly as we possibly can. Accordingly, FOTO Vision is unable to cancel an order.
